Parts of the city got 6 inches of rain yesterday morning just at the end of rush hour. This arrives after a week of unseasonably warm weather. Mind you December was one of our most wet and cloudy, I believe 28 days of the 31, yet we still need rain.
Of course it all falls in an hour or so and wreaks havoc in the streets and some homes.
So much dead landscaping in the area due to the drought and no amount of rain will bring it back.
